We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not offer exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order.

To start a return email INFO@BOTICA.STUDIO with your order number and reason for return.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
